Childbirth Education Class - July (Tuesdays 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th)
$250.00

My childbirth education classes are designed to help expecting parents feel informed, confident, and supported as they prepare for birth and early postpartum. Using an evidence-based and holistic approach, classes cover topics such as the stages of labor, comfort measures, pain management options, partner support, birth planning, postpartum recovery, newborn care, and advocacy within the healthcare system. My goal is to create a welcoming space where families can ask questions, build confidence in their intuition, and feel empowered to make decisions that align with their values and vision for birth.

Childbirth Education series
  • This session lays the foundation for understanding birth as a physiological and emotional experience. Families will learn how labor begins, how the body works during birth, and ways to prepare mentally, physically, and emotionally for the transition into parenthood.

  • In this class, we explore the stages of labor, comfort techniques, and common medical interventions so families can approach birth feeling informed, supported, and empowered in their decision-making.

  • This session focuses on recovery after birth, newborn care, feeding support, and emotional wellbeing during the postpartum period, helping families feel more prepared for life with a new baby.

  • Our final session ties everything together through birth planning, partner support, practical preparation, and open discussion, creating space for reflection, confidence-building, and final questions before birth.
